INGREDIENTS
  • 150/180 g of pitted dates
  • 80 g pecans
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 500 g vanilla yogurt
  • 150 g of ice cubes
  • 300 g of vegetable or animal milk
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put dates and pecans into mixing bowl. Chop 10 sec / speed 10.
  2. Add peeled bananas, cinnamon, ice cubes, and yogurt. Mix 1 min / speed 10.
  3. Add milk. Mix 5 sec / speed 5 and serve.
NOTES

This recipe can be made the evening before for a quick to-go snack! We will keep it in Mason jar, closed, in the fridge.
