- 150/180 g of pitted dates
- 80 g pecans
- 2 ripe bananas
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 500 g vanilla yogurt
- 150 g of ice cubes
- 300 g of vegetable or animal milk
Put dates and pecans into mixing bowl. Chop 10 sec / speed 10.
Add peeled bananas, cinnamon, ice cubes, and yogurt. Mix 1 min / speed 10.
Add milk. Mix 5 sec / speed 5 and serve.
This recipe can be made the evening before for a quick to-go snack! We will keep it in Mason jar, closed, in the fridge.
