Chicken Blanquette (Chicken Stew)

- 2 carrots
- 2 leeks
- 227 g of button mushrooms cut into 4
- 40 g of butter
- 500/600 g chicken breast
- 250 g of basmati rice
- 700 g of water
- 2 tbsp. of Thermomix chicken stock
- 40 g of flour
- 100 g of cream at 35% or 15%
- Pepper to taste
Place 1 carrot and 1 leek, cleaned and cut into sections, in the mixing bowl. Mix 4 sec / speed 5.
Add 40 g butter and cook 4 min / 120 ° / simmer.
Meanwhile, slice the carrot and leek into thin slices and spread in the Varoma dish along with button mushrooms. Season.
Cut chicken in cubes and spread on the Varoma tray. Season.
At the tone, put 700 g of water and the chicken stock paste in the mixing bowl. Put the rice in the simmering basket and position it in the mixing bowl. Position the Varoma and cook 22 min / Varoma / speed 3.
Once cooked, reserve the Varoma without opening. Rinse the rice and reserve in the ThermoServer to keep warm. Blend the remaining broth for 30 sec / speed 10.
Add flour, cream, and pepper generously in the mixing bowl. Cook 3 min / 100 ° / speed 3. During this time, spread the Varoma vegetables and chicken dice in a serving dish.
Pour the hot sauce over, mix and serve with the rice.
