  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 4 green onions
  • 400-500 g of tomatoes
  • 1 handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 30 g of balsamic vinegar
  • 45 g of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100-150 g arugula
  1. Put garlic and green onions into mixing bowl. Mix 5 sec/speed 5.
  2. Add tomato quarters along with basil leaves, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix 3 sec / speed 4.
  3. Spread arugula into a serving dish, add contents of the mixing bowl, and garnish with more arugula. Blend and serve immediately.

• It is possible to double the recipe but we will do it in two steps to keep beautiful pieces of tomatoes.
• It is possible to add to this recipe:
- Black olives
- Tuna
- Prosciutto strips
- mozzarella, etc.
