- 1 lemon
- 5 pink peppercorn
- 2 sprigs of fresh dill leaves
- 400 g skinless fresh salmon fillet
- 15 g of olive oil
Using a zester, make 3 strips of lemon zest. Reserve.
Program the Thermomix at speed 7 and, through the hole in the lid, add the dill, the 3 strips of lemon zest and the peppercorns. Stop after 10 seconds.
Cut the salmon into cubes (about 4 cm) and add them to the mixing bowl. Mix 2 sec/ speed 4.
Add 15 g olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix 5 sec/reverse/speed 2. Reserve and cool.
Serve with lemon quarters.
