INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 pink peppercorn
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill leaves
  • 400 g skinless fresh salmon fillet
  • 15 g of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Using a zester, make 3 strips of lemon zest. Reserve.
  2. Program the Thermomix at speed 7 and, through the hole in the lid, add the dill, the 3 strips of lemon zest and the peppercorns. Stop after 10 seconds.
  3. Cut the salmon into cubes (about 4 cm) and add them to the mixing bowl. Mix 2 sec/ speed 4.
  4. Add 15 g olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix 5 sec/reverse/speed 2. Reserve and cool.
  5. Serve with lemon quarters.
