INGREDIENTS
  • 200 g small canned peaches drained
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 lemon
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 10 or so ice cubes
  • 600 g of red wine type Castillo de Monseran
  • 350 g of sparkling water
  • ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 100 g of rum or gin optional
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put peaches in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec /reverse / speed 4. Reserve them in a bowl.
  2. Add peeled orange, lemon, sugar, cinnamon and ice cubes in mixing bowl and mix 1 min / speed 10.
  3. Add wine and sparkling water (and possibly rum or gin.) Mix 10 sec / speed 4. Pour over peaches and serve.
NOTES

The recipe can be doubled without problems. You can use fresh ripe peaches instead of canned
