- 200 g small canned peaches drained
- 2 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 150 g of sugar
- 10 or so ice cubes
- 600 g of red wine type Castillo de Monseran
- 350 g of sparkling water
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 100 g of rum or gin optional
Put peaches in the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec /reverse / speed 4. Reserve them in a bowl.
Add peeled orange, lemon, sugar, cinnamon and ice cubes in mixing bowl and mix 1 min / speed 10.
Add wine and sparkling water (and possibly rum or gin.) Mix 10 sec / speed 4. Pour over peaches and serve.
The recipe can be doubled without problems. You can use fresh ripe peaches instead of canned
