Sugar Fudge Cones

INGREDIENTS
  • 225 g of butter
  • 400 g of brown sugar
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 300 ml
  • 100 g of corn syrup
  • 60 g mini marshmallows nd some more for topping
  • Mini cones/cups
  • Choice of pearls and sugar decorations or chopped pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put the butter in pieces, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk and corn syrup into mixing bowl. Cook 7 min / 120° / speed 3 without the measuring cup.

  2. Add mini marshmallows and cook 2 min / 120° / speed 4 without the measuring cup.
  3. Pour sugar fudge in cones. Decorate them with mini marshmallows and colourful sugar pearls. Let cool.
  4. Store at room temperature under a glass bell or in a metal can.
