Sugar Fudge Cones
Portions / Servings: 35 cones
- 225 g of butter
- 400 g of brown sugar
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 300 ml
- 100 g of corn syrup
- 60 g mini marshmallows nd some more for topping
- Mini cones/cups
- Choice of pearls and sugar decorations or chopped pecans
Put the butter in pieces, brown sugar, sweetened condensed milk and corn syrup into mixing bowl. Cook 7 min / 120° / speed 3 without the measuring cup.
Add mini marshmallows and cook 2 min / 120° / speed 4 without the measuring cup.
Pour sugar fudge in cones. Decorate them with mini marshmallows and colourful sugar pearls. Let cool.
Store at room temperature under a glass bell or in a metal can.
