Technique: Cooking Soft & Hard-Boiled Eggs

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 g of water
  • 1 tsp. of salt
  • 1 bowl with cold water
INSTRUCTIONS
Soft-boiled eggs
  1. Put water and salt in mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket and add eggs. Cook 13 min/Varoma/speed 1, with the measuring cup.

  2. Remove simmering basket immediately after cooking and place eggs in cold water. 

Hard-boiled eggs
  1. Put water and salt in mixing bowl. Insert simmering basket and add eggs. Cook 15 min/Varoma/speed 1, with the measuring cup.

  2. Remove simmering basket immediately after cooking and place eggs in cold water. 

NOTES
  1. Quantity: Insert up to 8 eggs in the simmering basket. You can cook more eggs using the Varoma. Simply program 17 min/Varoma/speed 1.
