Technique: Poached Eggs

  • 1 kg water
  • 6 eggs (up to 6 eggs)

  • Plastic wrap
  1. Put 1 kg of water in mixing bowl.

  2. Place a sheet of plastic wrap over measuring cup. Break an egg in plastic wrap (in measuring cup). Take all four corners and twist to enclose the egg. Place in simmering basket and repeat for all eggs (up to 6 eggs). 

  3. Insert simmering basket in mixing bowl. Cook 14 min/98°/speed 1.5, with measuring cup.
