Instructions
Sauce
Place garlic, onion, carrot, red pepper, celery, olive oil, herbs, salt and pepper in mixing bowl and chop 5 sec/speed 5. Program 5 min/120°/simmering, without the measuring cup.
At the tone, add the maple syrup, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and vegetable stock paste. Mix 5 sec/speed 3.
Crumble the meat and sausage meat without casing onto the Varoma tray and sprinkle with seasoning herbs. Place the lid and the Varoma atop the lid and cook 30 min/Varoma/speed 2.
At the tone, crumble cooked meat into a serving bowl, pour the tomato sauce into the bowl and blend all together.
Pasta (cooking)
In a clean mixing bowl, pour 1700 g of water in mixing bowl and heat 16 min/100°/speed 2.
At the tone, remove measuring cup and insert spaghetti noodles. Cook for the time specified on package + 1 min/100°/reverse/simmering.
Drain noodles using the Varoma dish and serve with sauce.
Notes
Use spicy Italian sausage by cutting the length of the casing with scissors and peel off. Chopped mushroom and/or zucchini can also be added in the Varoma tray.
