Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place a sheet of parchment paper at the bottom of a baking dish.
Put the oatmeal flakes, the flour, 100 g of brown sugar, the butter and the maple syrup in the mixing bowl. Mix 20 sec/speed 3/reverse/spoon. Reserve.
Put the applesauce, cornstarch, 100 g brown sugar, and cinnamon in the mixing bowl. Heat 7 min / 120°/ speed 1.
Spread half of the reserved crunchy mixture from step 2 at the bottom of the baking dish and press lightly.
Add the apple filling from step 3 and sprinkle with remaining reserved crunchy mixture.
Bake 30 minutes at 375°F.
Notes
To make about 700 g of applesauce: 700 g of apples peeled and cubed in the mixing bowl. Mix 5 sec/speed 5 then cook 10 min/100°/speed 1.
You can make this recipe in individual mini casseroles and serve them warm with a vanilla ice cream scoop on top.
