From the TM6 screen, on Cookidoo, type in the search bar: "Caramelize 400/500 g of onions" to access the High Temperature recipe.
Follow instructions to proceed with the recipe.
TM5
Put olive oil into mixing bowl.
Finely chop the onions and place into mixing bowl. Program without the measuring cup 30 min / Varoma / reverse / spoon.
Notes
Warning for the TM6: it is very important to cut the onions into 1 cm thick (min.) slices otherwise it may burn.
