Homemade Flavoured Salts

INGREDIENTS
Vegetable Salt
  • 100 g coarse sea salt
  • 25 g mix dehydrated vegetables
  • 1 tbsp. powdered curcuma
  • 1 tbsp. powdered paprika
  • 1 tbsp. powdered garlic
Mushroom Salt
  • 100 g coarse sea salt
  • 10 g dehydrated mushrooms: ceps, oyster mushrooms, shiitake, etc.
Provencal Salt
  • 100 g coarse sea salt
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
INSTRUCTIONS
All kinds of salts have the same step.
  1. Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix 20 sec/speed 9.
NOTES
  • These homemade flavoured salts spice up your preparation, without using too much salt.
  • Use the Vegetable Salt for:
    • Vegetable + Dill + Lemon zest = ideal for fish
    • Vegetable + Rosemary + Thyme = ideal for grilled meat
    • Vegetable + Basil + Chives = ideal for steamed vegetables and crudités
  • You can double the recipes.
