Vegetable Salt

mix dehydrated vegetables

tbsp. powdered paprika

Mushroom Salt

dehydrated mushrooms: ceps, oyster mushrooms, shiitake, etc.
Provencal Salt

tsp. dried rosemary

tsp. dried thyme

tsp. dried oregano
Instructions
All kinds of salts have the same step.
Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix 20 sec/speed 9.
Notes
These homemade flavoured salts spice up your preparation, without using too much salt.
Use the Vegetable Salt for:
Vegetable + Dill + Lemon zest = ideal for fish
Vegetable + Rosemary + Thyme = ideal for grilled meat
Vegetable + Basil + Chives = ideal for steamed vegetables and crudités
