Squash and Pumpkin Seed Cookies

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Peel and cut squash into pieces. Place in the mixing bowl and chop
10 sec/speed 5
.
Add flour, baking powder, brown sugar, butter, eggs, and spices. Mix
30 sec/speed 7
.
Add pumpkin seeds and mix
10 sec /reverse/ speed 3
.
Using two tablespoons, drop a dollop of the cookie dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
Notes
In step 3: Along with pumpkin seeds, you could add dried cranberries or raisins or chocolate chips.
